FAQ
What is CSGORUN?
CSGORUN is a CS2 and Dota 2 skins site: cases, Upgrade, case battles and quick modes, plus match betting. Anything you get can be withdrawn to Steam.
How do I top up my balance?
Press Deposit and choose a payment method: the available methods and the minimum amount are shown in the deposit window. You can apply a promo code to your deposit.
My deposit hasn't arrived. What should I do?
A payment usually arrives within minutes. If the money was charged but your balance didn't change, contact support with the receipt or the payment number.
Why is my skin withdrawal delayed?
Most often the cause is on the Steam side: a wrong trade link, a private inventory, a recently enabled Steam Guard or a trade restriction. Sometimes the item is temporarily unavailable on markets. Check your Steam settings and contact support if needed.
Where do I get promo codes and free cases?
We post deposit promo codes in our social channels. Free cases unlock as your level grows — every bonus is in the Bonuses section.
How do I contact support?
Press Help at the bottom of the site and describe the problem. For a payment or a withdrawal, include its number right away — you will get an answer sooner.
Who can play on CSGORUN and is my account safe?
The site is for users aged 18+ only. We never ask for your Steam password. CSGORUN staff never add players as friends or ask for items — treat such messages as scams.
CSGORUN — a Platform for Opening CS2 Cases and Upgrading Skins Online
CSGORUN is a gaming platform for Counter-Strike 2 fans where anyone can open CS2 cases, upgrade skins and withdraw the items they win straight to their Steam inventory. Since 2018 the service has brought together millions of players from all over the world: more than 4 million accounts are registered, and over 43 million cases have been opened. Thousands of users are on the site at any moment, drawn by convenient modes and constantly updated content.
If you are looking for a place to open a CS2 case with a shot at a rare drop, try a skin upgrade or CS2-themed mini-games, CSGORUN has all of it in one place — no need to sign up on several sites and learn different interfaces.
What CSGORUN offers
The platform is built around several game modes, each made for its own style and level of risk. Whether you prefer steady odds or a format with a big multiplier, CSGORUN has something for you.
- Cases — classic CS2 case opening with collections for any budget: from boxes for a few roubles to premium cases with knives and gloves.
- Double — a mode with coloured sectors and growing multipliers: guess the colour the wheel stops on.
- Crash — a fast reaction mode: the multiplier climbs in real time, and the player has to cash out before the chart crashes.
- Upgrade — CS2 skin upgrade: trade cheaper items for a pricier one, with the odds of success set by the price gap.
- Case Battle — a PvP format where several players open the same cases and the winner takes everyone's drop.
- 1Click — an instant format for those who value speed: one click decides the round.
- Rollrun and Terminal — extra modes with their own mechanics and unique prizes for more variety.
CS2 cases for every taste
New collections appear in the cases section all the time — from themed series with their own design to premium boxes with exclusive skins. Every case page lists all the items that can drop from it, with their prices.
CS2 skin upgrade
Upgrade is a way to trade several cheaper items for one pricier skin. The more the chosen skin costs compared to your items, the lower the odds of success.
How to start on CSGORUN
Getting started takes less than a minute and no long forms.
- Sign in with Steam, Telegram or VK — it takes 30 seconds, no extra forms.
- Open the starter case for free — the skin lands in your site inventory at once.
- Withdraw the skin to Steam — all you need is a valid trade link in your profile.
Why players choose CSGORUN
Over the years the platform has earned a reputation as one of the most reliable services in its niche. A few things make that happen:
- Steam withdrawals. Skins you win go to Steam through your trade link, and every withdrawal's status is in your profile.
- Bonuses and promo codes. Regular promotions, free cases and promo codes help fill your inventory at no extra cost.
- Cashback and levels. Active players get cashback, and daily free cases unlock as the account level grows.
- VIP club. A separate loyalty programme with extended bonuses for regular users.
- Leagues and giveaways. Competitive formats with leaderboards and prize pools.
- Seven years on the market. CSGORUN has been running since 2018 — a rare track record in a niche where most projects close in their first years.
Safe play and Responsible Gaming
CSGORUN takes responsible play seriously. The platform is for users aged 18+ only. We recommend treating the game modes as entertainment rather than a source of income, and setting reasonable limits on time and spending before you start.
If you notice that playing takes too much of your time or makes you anxious, take a break. You can ask support to suspend or limit your account — the principles are set out in the responsible gaming policy.
